After 5 Networking Event hosted by Bellingham Wallace

Held at the North Shore Golf Club on Wednesday April 4th, 2018

Another well-attended After-5 Networking Event was held in early April, hosted by long time members Matthew Bellingham and Mike Atkinson of Bellingham Wallace.

Bellingham Wallace are the long-time sponsors of our AIMES Emerging Talent Awards category. Matthew and Mike have also supported and mentored past winners.

Bellingham Wallace utilised the evening to showcase the work of Loren O'Sullivan, the 2007 and  2013 AIMES Service to the Community Award recipient. Loren is the Executive Director of NPH New Zealand (Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos, Spanish for "Our Little Brothers and Sisters,"). This is an organisation that operates homes for under-privileged children in nine different countries. To date over 18,400 children have grown up in the NPH family, a loving, secure environment.

Joining Loren was Aurora Zacarias, alumni of NPH Mexico. Aurora shared the challenging and inspirational story of her childhood, which was spent in an NPH home. Aurora is now a successful businesswoman, social entrepreneur and ambassador for NPH, and contributes her success as an adult to the loving care and education she received.
